Featuring our two seasonal limited edition Honduras Espresso and Filter:

1. Honduras Piedras Amarillas Espresso: This is a beautiful washed lot, a blend of pacas and bourbon varietals. Sometimes we prefer to separate the varieties, other times they are both so good and complementary, that we blend them together to create a slightly larger micro lot. Here we find an elegant and plush espresso coffee with peach and strawberry jam notes.

2. Honduras El Ocotillo: This washed coffee from El Ocotillo shows notes of lychee, citrus fruits and fruit juice. We developed a light profile for this lot to present a fruit forward yet balanced cup.
